As a Creator Network working in contract with TikTok we are duty bound to protect all that we come into contact with including our staff, our creators, other users on the platform and members of the public. We follow, enforce and manage the following terms and conditions to enable a safe operating standard within and outside the Creator Network.

As a responsible creator network we may ask creators for the following information:

• Photographic Identification to enable us to prove age complying with our internal rules of 18+.
• Information around any other accounts a creator may have access too. (i.e Backup or Business Accounts)

Tiktok allows creators that are 16+ to join a Creator Network, however here at Influencer Elite Creator Network we take safety and safeguarding very seriously and if someone is 16-18 years of age it is at the discretion of the management team if the creator is accepted. We operate it on a case by case policy.

Both of our Networks Influencer Elite CN LLC and Influencer Elite Creator Network are operated and managed by West Midlands Case Management Limited, A company registed in England and Wales. Authorised and regulated by the ICO (Information Commissioners Office).
